NEUROGENESIS Training Cancellation Policy

To ensure the sustainability of our programs and workshops, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations & Refunds
  As a minimum number of participants is required for both the online training and in-person workshops to proceed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted once registration is complete.
• Online Training Access
  Participants in the online training program will receive 6 months of access to all training materials, including recordings of the live calls. This ensures that even if you cannot attend live, you will still be able to benefit from the full training at your own pace.
• In-Person Workshop
  In the event you are unable to attend the 2-day in-person workshop, all funds paid will be forfeited. Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  Should NEUROGENESIS need to cancel the workshop due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund.
